The products we are (co-)building
Lysitron builds and co-creates high value ventures structured as spinouts or royalty partnerships. With equity or royalty holdings in every entity, we share true ownership and responsibility for their long-term growth.
OWNED VENTURE · AGRICULTURE
LysAgron: Autonomous systems for high-value crops.
High-value crops, mainly aromatic and medicinal plants, have brutal harvest windows and a disappearing labor force. LysAgron is Lysitron’s own venture, an autonomous platform that combines purpose-built field hardware with agronomic intelligence and on-site certification of quality.
We are at the beginning of the road. The project is in validation, with development underway in our lab. Our first field pilots focus on testing our the multispectral imaging algorithm, running on real crops, because what we learn there defines the field hardware we build next. In parallel, we are developing quality certification hardware that runs on site wherever the crop is processed, turning what is normally a slow lab test into a measurement taken right at the source.
CO-OWNED VENTURE · FITNESS INNOVATION
Physical AI for full-body training
A proprietary fitness device that delivers a complete cardio and strength workout built on novel biomechanics. The system reads the user’s movement in real time, adapts its resistance through every phase of each rep, spots the user, and actively stretches them based on how they move. A machine that responds to the athlete, not the other way around.
Developed entirely in-house, the platform integrates our proprietary dynamic modeling with a custom electromechanical resistance unit and tailor-made sensor arrays. The product is being commercialized through a spinoff company in which Lysitron is a founding shareholder.
CO-DEVELOPED SOFTWARE · CAD ADD-ON
CROS: Automated cable routing that respects physics.
Routing cables through a complex machine is not a drawing problem, it is a physics problem. CROS computes optimal cable routes automatically: avoiding obstacles, separating high- and low-voltage lines, and calculating EMI shielding requirements along the way. What takes an engineer days of error-prone manual work becomes a validated result in minutes.
CROS is being developed for an industry partner through combined funded development with ongoing commercial product royalties. The software is in active development, with commercial launch targeted within the next two years.
And the ones we can't show.
Not everything we build can appear on a website. Several of our ventures are developed under strict confidentiality for the partners who own them. We share in their success, not their spotlight. If you’re wondering whether we can handle your problem discreetly: that’s how we already work.
Have a product that deserves this treatment?
Most of the ventures above began as someone else’s idea. That’s how venture engineering works.
